I enjoy examining the under examined. I try to find qualities that excite me – movement, texture, pattern, depth, points of focus. I like that these photographs challenge the general belief of what a photograph is or historically has been.
What I enjoy in my most current pieces are that they can be interpreted by each viewer differently. They are a bit like Rorschach tests, tapping into the imagination and your own visual experiences as context.
