Walter Rhein Author Talk

Author and Adventurer Walter Rhein brings his latest book, Reckless Traveler, to the River Falls Public Library. Rhein describes this volume as “expat tales from a decade of discovery,” and say it is an autobiographical novel of adventuring in South America, sure to delight anyone with a passport.

Traveler is an instructional travel guide for aspiring backpackers: learn how to bribe police, avoid malaria, and find employment abroad — and what to do (and not to do) when armed mercenaries detain your charter bus. 
He will have his books for sale and signing that evening.

Rhein is also the author of Beyond Birke Fever, and a collaborator on a whole host of heroic fantacy novels.
