String Quilting is a fun stash-buster technique where strings (aka strips) of fabric of any size are sewn to a foundation paper, and put together in various ways, creating truly unique projects.
Precision cutting and sewing are not crucial; and both new and experienced quilters enjoy this type of quilting.
In this workshop, you will learn the basic techniques of string quilting from Darlene Holtgreve and create a block. We also will discuss how to use various design elements to create larger projects.
