Light a Spark for the library on the 4th of July. Small bites from Scheel’s catering, cash bar, cakewalks (featuring local bakeries), DJ, roving magician, kids’ activities, panoramic view of the fireworks from Stillwater Public Library’s Johnson Terrace.
