Instructor Nicholas Markell teaches Eastern iconography from a Western Catholic perspective using the ancient method of egg tempera painting and 24 Kt. gold leafing.
This is a week long workshop running daily Monday through Friday October 16 – 20th. Each day runs from 9am to 5pm.
All supplies and instructions are included to complete icon of St. Joseph.
The methods used explores the technique as well as spiritual symbolism of iconography.
