Date Night in Stillwater: Classic Fall Feast

At this lively Date Night class, you’ll work in teams to prepare a portion of this tasty multicourse meal. We will set you up to jump into the kitchen and get cookin’! Then sit down and enjoy the feast with an adult beverage. 

This class is priced per guest and includes one glass of wine or beer per student, so 21 and up only, please.

Menu: Seared Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Apple Cider Glaze; Sweet Potato Parsnip Soup with Leek Cream; Sourdough Croutons; Baked Acorn Squash with Wild Rice Stuffing; Sage and Shallot Buttermilk Biscuits; Brown Sugar Cupcakes with Browned Butter Frosting.
