Beth Dooley, Midwest food expert and cookbook author, joins Marine Community Library for our 5th Birthday celebration! Beth will lead us on an excursion through today’s culinary scene with stories of farmers, cheese makers, butchers, home cooks, chefs, sommeliers, brewers, and restauranteurs. She will spark conversations about the key issues related to local food — flavor, health, the economy, the environment, equity, animal rights, the Farm Bill.
Cake will be served!
