Menu: Cemita Sandwich (stuffed with spicy pork, red onions, chipotles, lettuce, avocados, Mexican string cheese and red taquería-style salsa); Molotes (fresh masa filled with chorizo and potatoes and served with ancho chile sauce); Baja-Style Tempura Fish Tacos with Salsa Verde; Tlayudas (Mexican pizza with homemade corn tortillas, wild mushrooms, Oaxacan string cheese, refried black beans and tangy avocado sauce); Apple Fritters with Cinnamon and Brandy and Caramel Chipotle Dipping Sauce.
