Opening Caribbean Smokehouse is a life-long dream come true for Chef Adam. He first found himself in kitchens out of necessity as a young child after he and his sister were abandoned in an empty house and he was left to care for them both. After those tragic beginnings of cooking butter noodles for his sister, Adam spent the rest of his life learning the magic of cooking from others he would later call his “family.”
