Hitting the scene in 2012, StCroixSplash.org is the St. Croix Valley’s go-to website for accurate and detailed information about upcoming cultural, entertainment and outdoor events. The site contains information on hundreds of events happening in Minnesota and Wisconsin communities. StCroixSplash.org is a project of ArtReach St. Croix, whose mission is to connect communities and the arts.
What makes StCroixSplash.org special?
StCroixSplash.org presents information for a complete range of leisure-time activities from Hastings and Prescott to Taylor’s Falls and St. Croix Falls in the St. Croix Valley – music, dance, fairs, festivals, outdoor activities, tours, parades, culinary events and more. StCroixSplash.org will help you find something to do whether you live in the region or are visiting our beautiful scenic Valley.
Who produces StCroixSplash.org?
StCroixSplash.org is the result of a collaborative effort, led by ArtReach St. Croix, of regional arts, culture and tourism marketing organizations.
Managed and maintained by the staff of ArtReach St. Croix, StCroixSplash.org is part of ArtReach’s efforts to increase awareness of, participation in, and support for arts and culture organizations in the St. Croix Valley including communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Who is eligible to have events included in the calendar?
Any organization or individual that produces entertainment events (performing, literary & visual arts, outdoors, etc.) can submit events for inclusion in the calendar, providing that they are not in violation of our guidelines.
How does StCroixSplash.org choose which events to feature?
We highlight content on the homepage, category pages and seasonal/theme pages based on a variety of factors — geography, timing, a diverse selection of content, and also a desire to fully represent the cultural community of the St. Croix Valley. We welcome input and suggestions on content from our members and the general public.
How can I send my events?
Just go to “Submit a Listing” at the top of any page on StCroixSplash.org and click Submit an Event. We recommend that you submit your event at least two weeks prior to the start date of the event. The earlier you submit, the more people will see your event. Here is a handy guide for you to follow.
Can I change my event information once it is posted?
Yes. Send an e-mail to email@example.com and we will make the changes, generally within two business days.
