We are a non-profit organization serving companion pets and their owners in the St. Croix County area and working to build a Humane Society Adoption and Education Center. Mission The mission of St. Croix Animal Friends is to provide high-quality services and programs for dogs and cats in St. Croix County and surrounding areas. SCAF will offer nourishment and an opportunity for a better life to unwanted, abused or injured animals; promote responsible pet ownership through education and spay/neuter programs; work to unite lost animals with owners and place unwanted animals in caring homes; develop an awareness in our community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness. We will build a Humane Society Adoption and Education Center to facilitate all of the above and be a safe haven for these treasured companion animals.
