I’m Certified in Art & Creativity For Healing (Brandham University, California) and delighted to be able to offer classes and workshops for children, teens, adults and corporations at my studio or on location.

Certified Art & Creativity For Healing gives people a safe space in which to explore and express their personal experience and emotions – from emotions common in everyday life, such as disappointment, stress, anger, to encountering chronic or terminal illness, trauma, compassion fatigue, grief etc.

The beauty of the program is teaching people a new language; the language of color.

During this therapeutic art process you will discover how to authentically express yourself using color. You don’t have to consider yourself artistic or even be able to draw a stick man!

All you have to do is sit down and allow me, the Art4Healing coach, to gently guide you through a series of carefully formulated questions that you answer with abstract shapes and colors.

It helps release the internal pressure that can build up, and give voice in a way that allows you to feel heard.
