Northwest Passage developed "In A New Light" to help at-risk youth gain confidence through positive journeys in national parks.The photographs and accompanying text of the "New Light Under the Surface" exhibit documents the underwater world of the rivers, plus it demonstrates how the experience of taking photos can change perceptions about life underwater.
