Science students from area high schools (Unity, St. Croix Falls and Osceola) will discuss how young people view today’s environment and how it might affect and impact their futures.
Main Street Voices, a one-of-a-kind series of events in the St. Croix Valley, kicks off its 2024 lineup at 11:00 a.m. – Noon, Saturday, April 6, 2024 with a special Earth Day environmental panel featuring area science students. Main Street Voices is a volunteer-run, community-building initiative features ongoing public events that uniquely combine both first-rate entertainment and inspiring thought leaders.
Science students from area high schools (Unity, St. Croix Falls and Osceola) will discuss how young people view today’s environment and how it might affect and impact their futures. Brian Collins, a science teacher at Unity High School and 2024 Wisconsin State Teacher of the Year, national representative, will moderate the panel at the Taylors Falls Community Center. The event will be free of charge although RSVPs are required as space is limited. Attendees can sign up at www.scUUf.org.
