Join us at Belwin’s Education Site for a joint event hosted by Belwin Conservancy and FamilyMeans. Designed for persons with memory loss and their caregivers, this event will feature live music, nature-inspired arts activities, short guided nature walks, and bird watching. Poet Zoë Bird, creator of the Alzheimer’s Poetry Project Minnesota, will also be present, along with musician Andrea Stern, courtesy of Compas. Resources from FamilyMeans Caregiving & Aging will be available at the event.
