Kayaking – Try It You’ll Like It!  (Class for 55 and older.)

Kick off summer with a paddle on a bay of the St. Croix River in kayaks.  Find out why this is one of Minnesota’s fastest growing outdoor adventures.  Here is your chance to get close to nature, get some exercise, and learn how relaxing paddling can be.  You will learn how to paddle correctly, get in and out of a kayak easily and safely, and how to pack for a day on the water.  We will have both double and single kayaks available.  Life vests are provided.  Wear shoes that can get wet and dress in layers for time on the water.
