Chef Suzanne will set you up to jump into the kitchen and get cookin’! Menu: Panzanella Bread Salad with Marinated Artichokes, Italian Olives, Tomatoes, Chunks of Tuscan Bread and Fresh Basil Dressing; Herb-Scented Tuscan Roast Pork Tenderloin with Fresh-Rosted Endive and Fennel; Risotto with Porcini, Pancetta, Pecorino and Deep-Fried Sage; Chestnut Cake with Chocolate Glaze.
