Ingredients like smoky dried chiles, salty-and-amazing Mexican cheeses, and earthy dried mushrooms combine in authentic dishes that will make you ditch the imposters for good. Menu: Pork Enchiladas with Guajillo Sauce; Wild Mushroom Empanada with Pipian Sauce; Tamales filled with Black Beans and Queso Fresco, and topped with an Ancho Sauce; Tres Leches Cake filled with Fresh Berries and topped with Whipped Cream.
