Osprey Wilds is hosting a canning workshop this August for all skill levels. Learn how to use a hot water bath canning technique for the pickles and relish. And discuss other ways to can. Osprey Wilds will provide everything needed for this day, including canners, jars, vegetables, safe handling equipment, and other needed ingredients (garlic, dill, jalapenos, etc.).
The cost of this event is $25/person and includes lunch and supplies. All participants will leave with at least one quart of pickles, a half-pint of relish and the knowledge that you can CAN!
Please register by noon on Friday, August 27. Registrants must be 16+ and accompanied by an adult if under the age of 18
