You are invited to experience the stunning scenery and incredible story of Interstate State Park. An interpretive naturalist will lead you over, under and through world-renowned rock features on this 45-minute tour. Discover how lakes of lava and gushing glacial waters formed the unique glacial potholes and view the deepest in the world. All ages are welcome. Expect some uneven terrain and stairs on this 1/2-mile walk. Meet at the visitor center at the park’s glacial potholes entrance in the town of Taylors Falls.

This program is free, but a Minnesota State Parks permit is required for all vehicles entering the park. They can be purchased at the park for $7 (daily) or $35 (year-round).
