Get outside with your family on Saturday, March 20 and join SCRA’s Forestry Program Coordinator Nikki Henger and Naturalist Jeremiah Walters at Don’s Sugar Shack to find out how maple sap is transformed into syrup!

Former SCRA Board member Don Hansen will help us learn about the process of making syrup from beginning to end. With COVID-safe protocols, we may even get a chance to sample the end result.

This event will primarily be held outdoors with a possibility of limited audience inside Don’s Sugar Shack. We will be following State of Minnesota and CDC guidelines for COVID-19 safety. Please bring a facemask and be prepared to follow social distancing protocols.
