Designed for ALL LEVELS You will experience a new way to use your body while learning the basic fundamentals of Belly Dance. Shimmy, undulate, and figure 8! These bellydance moves are part of the basic technique that you’ll learn at this fast paced and upbeat workshop. Bellydancing is a great way to learn strong isolations for both your upper and lower body, slow and slinky graceful movements, powerful shimmies, and also how to move confidently with rhythm. The captivating moves of bellydancing will uplift your spirit and energize your body. Bellydancing is appropriate for every age and body type! This workshop comes with a Belly Scarf to use during class.
