Each July and August Franconia hosts a group of Iron Artists from around the world through a unique artist residency program. We help artists realize big visions by offering support to artists as they cast iron sculpture on a large scale.  Bring a picnic, grab your family or friends, and watch as cast-iron sculpture, taking up to 300lbs of molten iron to create, is made. Make sure to visit our outdoor Iron Exhibition to enjoy the magic of cast metal sculpture.
