On Monday, July 11,  the White Bear Center for the Arts will lead a mixed media art class featuring artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser.  Hundertwasser was an Austrian artist who was passionate about ecology.  He worked as an artist and architect and felt people were happiest when connected to the natural world.  His paintings are full of bright color and lots of linear designs.  In this lesson, we will make a colorful collage using bright construction and Scratch-Art papers which we will fill with lots of playful patterns. For chilldren in grades 3-5.
