Right in your freezer. In this hands-on class, Chef Suzanne shows you how to make some of the most-loved desserts in France, using your freezer as much as your oven. 

Menu: French Cafe Frappe; Layered Lavender Crêpe Cake filled with Lemon Sorbet and Candied Lavender Flowers; Profiteroles (crispy cream puffs) filled with Pistachio Ice Cream and topped with Dark Chocolate Sauce; Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches (chocolate macaron with salted caramel ice cream and coconut macaron with mango sorbet); Pave de Biscoito Maria (French butter cookies layered with a rich cream and topped with dulce de leche).
