Our kid-friendly open house will include night hikes, warm drinks and s’mores by the campfire, and naturalist talks and activities.
Minnesota Astronomical Society members will be on hand to guide attendees in using the Joseph J. Casby Observatory. Carpenter Nature Center staff will bring their red-tailed hawk and hognose snake and will speak at 6:30 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. Katie Burns of Audubon Minnesota will share fun owl activities.
