Sweets to the sweet!  Just in time for Valentine’s Day!  Why send a boring old card when you can dazzle your sweetheart with delicious treats made with honey, dates and maple syrup and no refined sugar!?    We will make Honey-Sweetened Herb-Infused Chocolates, ’Salted Caramels’ made with dates and Maple Syrup Pecan Pralines.  Instructor Betsy Nelson, AKA That Food Girl – Culinary Herbalist,  will talk about adding herbs and spices for flavor and health-enhancing qualities.
