Encourage the development of early literacy skills by joining us for Preschool Storytime!
Update: Stillwater Public Library is committed to the health and safety of our community and our staff. To do our part in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19 and in accordance with other Stillwater City Departments, the library will be closed until further notice. All programs, meetings, and events at the library are also canceled. We will be monitoring the situation closely and will update our response plans as needed to align with public health guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.
Join us at Stillwater Public Library on Wednesdays through April from 10:15 – 10:50 a.m. for Preschool Storytime. Come to see the beloved puppet, Baby Bear, who always has a letter to help us figure out what our storytime is about that day. There will be singing, talking, reading, writing and playing at this storytime for preschoolers with their parents and caregivers. This storytime focuses on concepts such as life skills, counting, colors, emotions, patterns, and kindness. Storytime is a fun opportunity to meet new friends, socialize, and strengthen early literacy skills!
This storytime is recommended for developmental ages 3-5. Siblings are always welcome. All storytimes are inclusive. You are encouraged to attend the storytime that best meets your family’s needs.
Program is free and no registration is required.
