Enjoy hearing seven published authors reading from their works of memoir, fiction and poetry, including three Minnesota Book Award Winners on January 19, 2:00p.m. Music, art, appetizers and cash bar are included at this Zephyr Theatre event.
The Zephyr Theatre, 601 Main St. N., Stillwater, presents the literary readings from “When Writing Meets Art” featuring seven authors reading aloud from their works of memoir, fiction and poetry, and includes three Minnesota Book Award winners. An exhibit of paintings by an accomplished visual artist also will be on display, and live music will be performed by young pianists before and after the readings. Complimentary appetizers and a cash bar are provided.
A donation of $10 or more is suggested to benefit The Zephyr Theatre. Doors open at 1:00p.m., and general seating starts at 1:30p.m. Cash bar, complimentary appetizers, free parking. Hovland Conservatory of Music will sponsor young pianists to play before and after the reading.
