My Wild Life: Carrol Henderson

Join Carrol to learn of his adventures during 45 years as Nongame Wildlife Specialist with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Carrol has helped develop programs for the protection of Minnesota’s nongame and endangered wildlife species, including peregrine falcons, bald eagles, eastern bluebirds, river otters and trumpeter swans, and is now focusing on loons, using Deepwater Horizon restoration funds provided by BP. He also has been active in land protection, environmental education, nature tourism, and wildlife photography, and is the author of 13 books.
