In the spirit of the county fair, the River Falls Public Library is sponsoring an Amateur Talent Competition to complement our “From the Farm, to the Fair” gallery exhibit. Anyone is welcome to enter, but bands will not be accomodated as set-up and take-down is too lengthy. Two divisions: Junior-entering 8th grade and under, and Senior-9th grade and over, and adults.
