Winter 2023 Figure Drawing Co-op

Are you looking for an opportunity to practice and improve your life drawing skills in the new year?  Registration is open for the Winter 2023 Figure Drawing Co-op at the Phipps Center for the Arts. Register for all or for select sessions.

Dates:  Sunday afternoon – 1:00-3:00 pm
Jan. 8 (Single pose session, low-odor paints permissible)

Fee: $50 for the series of 6, or $10 per session

We hire excellent and proven professional models and all sessions have a volunteer facilitator to greet and guide the session.

The Phipps Figure Drawing Co-op allows visual artists to work independently and achieve self-improvement in a safe environment on a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Enjoy life drawing with fellow artists from the St. Croix River Valley and across the Twin Cities. We employ professional drawing models. Sessions facilitated by a Phipps Visual Arts Council member.

Pre-registration required. Artists must bring their own art supplies. The Phipps has six easels and six tables available on a first-come basis.
