The River Falls Public Library, along with River Falls Community Education, is excited to continue this public lecture series devoted to discussing and explaining various science topics. Invited guest speakers will present these public lectures and conclude with a follow-up discussion. A light meal will be served. For this reason, registration is required to attend. About the presenter: Dr. Kassenborg is a veterinarian with 20 years of broad experience in food safety regulatory programs at the state and national level, food borne disease outbreak investigations, epidemiology, animal disease emergency management and clinical veterinary practice.
