Laurie Schneider, "Stewards of the Land" Gallery Exhibition

This traveling exhibition, featured in the library March-April 2016, helps people understand the relevance of regenerative farming in today’s world. Through the very nature of their work, regenerative farmers are creators and inventors, stewards and ambassadors, via the land they till and the food they grow.                                

Laurie Schneider has been photographing this way of life for over 20 years. Her admiration is as clear and pure as the feelings we get from the moments she captures. From lionhearted barn cats to hand turned goat cheese, Laurie’s work will undoubtedly make you hungry for something farm fresh.

Laurie Schneider is a recipient of the Artist Initiative Grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board for her work on Sustainable Farming. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
