Intro to Pole Dance for Fitness
Interested in learning the art of pole dance? This pole course is right for you! Join us on Thursdays from 7:15-8:05 PM for this 6 week (09/02/21 – 010/07/21) introduction to pole. You will experience a new way to use your body to gain strength!
Learn the fundamentals of pole fitness as we work through walks, transitions, spins, climbs, and beginner pole tricks. This intro course is designed for someone who has never experience pole fitness and wants to learn the art of pole in a fun and welcoming environment.
