In this class you will learn about growing microgreens, quick-growing vegetable and herb seedlings that can be grown indoors and can be used in salads or as fresh green in many types of dishes during the cold seasons of the year.
They are used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor enhancement for many people focused on improving nutrition and they are very easy to grow indoors.
