Come to the Pedestrian Plaza in Historic Downtown Stillwater for FREE horse-drawn Carriage rides. Cue up at the plaza, first come first serve and experience the joy of the season with a family ride along the St. Croix River in the crisp air. Carriage rides are limited to 6 people/one household at a time per COVID guidelines.
