In this exciting, flour-filled class, you will practice using pasta machines to roll out dough to stuff with a variety of fillings. Chef Antonio will create sauces to complement each type of stuffed pasta.
Menu: Ravioli with Classic Meat Sauce; Tortellini with Mushroom and Brandy Sauce; Sardinian Ravioli with Aromatic Tomato Sauce; Cannelloni Ripieni di (filled with) Prosciutto and Spinach with Walnut Basil Sauce.
