Date Night: View of the Mediterranean

At our lively Date Night class, you’ll be split into teams to prepare a portion of a multicourse meal, chock-full of dishes that will transport you across the sea! Chef Randi gets things started, you make the meal and Cooks supplies the grown-up beverages. 

This class is priced per student. 
One glass of wine or beer is provided per student, so 21 and up only, please.

Menu: Bruschetta; Spinach Feta Salad with Pomegranate Dressing; Chicken en Papillote; Couscous with Apricots and Kalamata Olives; Potato Salad; Greek Yogurt Cheesecake.
