Date Night: Italian Romance

At this lively Date Night class, you’ll work in teams to prepare a portion of this multicourse Italian meal. Chef Peter will prepare you up to jump into the kitchen and start cookin’ Italian style! You will then sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor with an adult beverage. Menu: Parmesan Gnocchi with Sage Butter Sauce; Sausage Lasagna Rolls; Insalata Caprese on a Stick; Bruschetta Siciliana (tomato, capers, kalamata, herbs, anchovy and ciabatta); Tiramis Napoleons (puff pastry, mascarpone cream, espresso and chocolate glaze).

This class is priced per student. 
One glass of wine or beer is provided per student, so 21 and up only, please.
