Date Night in Stillwater: Caribbean Culinary Cruise

Here is your chance to prime the pump. In this hands-on class, you will be under the command of Captain Schilling, as she takes you on a culinary cruise through the blue waters of the Caribbean.

Menu: Tostones (double-fried plantains) with Mango Papaya Salsa; Jerk Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Salsa Grilled with a Jerk Dry Rub; Yellow Rice with Scallions, Corn Kernels and Caribbean Spices; Mango and Cucumber Chow with Chiles, Lime and Cilantro; Toasted Coconut Custard Tart with Whipped Cream and Kiwi Garnish.
