Color Theory-2 Day Workshop

This is a fun and easy class to guide anyone in understanding color mixing. We start by making personal color wheels that incorporate tinting/shading and making grays (reducing the intensity of colors). Two small paintings will be created from your color wheel. Informational handouts included.
Supply List: White, Cadmium Yellow Medium, Cadmium Red Light, Alizarin Crimson, Ultramarine Blue, and black. Brushes—4 or 5 (a variety of sizes). Canvas 2(8×10). Miscellaneous—Odorless turpentine and a small container for turpentine, palette knife, paper towels, palette.
