Author Visit: Mary Sharratt at the Hudson Area Library

Visiting author Mary Sharratt will be at the Hudson Area Library to commemorate Shakespeare on the 400th anniversary of his death.  She will be discussing her new book, The Dark Lady’s Mask, which is the story of Aemilia Bassano Lanier (1569–1645), the first professional woman poet in Renaissance England, and her collaboration and love affair with William Shakespeare.
