My art is presently displayed at Stillwater Art Guild Gallery. Art has been my passion my entire life. I studied art towards a major in college (although I became an RN), and I have continued to learn and paint throughout my life. I am now able to devote more time to art. My art is presently displayed at Stillwater Art Guild Gallery. Art has been my passion my entire life. I studied art towards a major in college (although I became an RN), and I have continued to learn and paint throughout my life. I am now able to devote more time to art. I love the variety of various mediums, using oil and acrylics most commonly, but I love all the possible creative options by not eliminating options. I paint a variety of subjects, and find inspiration in nature, color and light. In the past, I tended to paint more realistically but I have challenged myself to continue to grow in other directions, with texture being my more recent passion. My wish is to give joy to people through my art. I have been a Minnesota resident since 1984 and now live in Stillwater.
