Carpenter Nature Center is located in the St. Croix Valley on 725 acres of protected and restored natural habitat. The Nature Center is open to the public, 361 days a year from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. for learning about nature. The nature center provides K-12 environmental education curriculum to 7,000 visiting school children on an annual basis. Public programs and events are attended by thousands more visitors.
