Hors d’oeuvres during social hour 
Heart of Palm salad with coconut vinaigrette 
Sauteed shrimp dressed with caviar 
Beef wellington in sherry sauce served with Duchess potatoes and broil tomatoes 
Chocolate truffles and mints. 

Champagne, Cabernet Sauvignon & after dinner Brandy at the bar

Tango demonstration and lessons after dinner.
$180/couple-$ 90 per person reserved up to 3 day in advance, add $10 fee to all reservations after February 8.
