At this lively Date Night class, you’ll work in teams to prepare a portion of this tasty multicourse meal. Chef William will set you up to jump into the kitchen and get cookin’! Then sit down and enjoy the feast with an adult beverage. Menu: Crab Cakes with Rémoulade; Wedge Salad with Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing; Rosemary Roasted Potatoes; Rib-Eye Steak with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions; Bread Pudding with Scotch Sauce.
