Paddle with a Ranger and an Artist: Sunset Reflections

Join a Park Ranger and an Artist* for a creative journey as we paddle into sunset down the St. Croix River. As we explore, we’ll find natural objects that appeal to different senses and fill an accordion book with visual and written reflections about our discoveries. Art supplies are provided!

Kayaks and related equipment, including a personal flotation device, will be provided. A 30-minute paddling instruction and safety session will occur prior to departure and must be attended by all participants. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

The cost is $45 per person and space is limited to 8 participants. Due to limited space and number of programs, participants will only be allowed to register for one Paddle with a Ranger program.

There are no refunds for participant cancellations. Refunds will be provided in the event of NPS cancellations due to weather. Weather-related cancellations will not be rescheduled.

Shuttled by outfitter to Wisconsin Interstate State Park
Pre-trip kayak instruction and safety messages from 2:30 -3:00 pm
Paddle from 3:00 – 8:00 pm
