MIKE McCABE: Getting Regular Citizens Back in the Driver's Seat of Our Government

Mike McCabe, author of Blue Jeans in High Places: The Coming Makeover of American Politics, has a message for everybody: both political parties, voters young and old, and Americans of every stripe. His message is that our whole political system is broken and must be changed from within.

McCabe has made more than 1,500 presentations to a wide range of audiences and is an engaging speaker. He will be at the River Falls Pubic Library on Tuesday, February 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the lower level community room. His appearance is co-sponsored by the library and the River Falls AAUW organization, and Western Wisconsin United to Amend. There is no charge for admission and the public is welcome.

The library is located on the corner of Main and Union streets at the north edge of historic downtown River Falls.
