Date Night in Stillwater: Cooks' Cucina

At this lively Date Night class, you’ll work in teams to prepare a portion of this tasty multicourse meal featuring the flavors of Italy. Chef Randi will set you up to jump into the kitchen and get cookin’! Then sit down and enjoy the feast with an adult beverage. This class includes one glass of wine or beer per student, so 21 and up only, please. Menu: Chicken and Sun-dried Tomato Crostini; Caesar Salad with Lemon Caper Dressing; Fresh Fettuccini with Marinara Sauce; Authentic Italian Meatballs; Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Balsamic Roasted Grapes.
